1. Play-money only. DuelBots is a free-to-play game. Chips and coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value. Nothing here is a wager, an investment, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent age or abuse the service.

3. Market data. Prices and odds shown are live data from third-party exchanges (Polymarket, Kalshi). We are not affiliated with them and do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.

4. Simulated opponents. Until real-player matchmaking launches, duel opponents are simulated results and are labeled as such.

5. No warranties; limitation of liability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page.
